Change Of Mind
GypsyArk does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and review product details and sizing before completing your purchase.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached and in their original, resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.
If your requested replacement size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options. A refund will not be provided solely because the preferred exchange size is unavailable.
Proof of purchase or your GypsyArk order number will be required to process a size exchange or assess a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of sending the replacement item where an incorrect size was selected when ordering. If GypsyArk has supplied the incorrect item or size, we will cover the associated return and replacement delivery costs.
Sale & Discounted Items
Sale, clearance and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or voluntary size exchanges. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@gypsyark.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the problem.
Before Sending Anything Back
Please contact contact@gypsyark.com before returning an item. Returns sent without prior contact may delay the exchange or assessment process.
