GypsyArk is an Australian clothing and design brand operated as a sole-trader business.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the GypsyArk website at gypsyark.com.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or withdraw products from sale at any time.
Prices And Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available if an inventory error has occurred. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the item or order we are unable to fulfil.
Orders
Please ensure that your contact, billing and delivery information is correct before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it if it has already entered processing or fulfilment.
If you need to contact us about an order, please email contact@gypsyark.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, a genuine pricing or inventory error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
We ship orders to the destinations available at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, customs processing or other carrier disruptions.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to GypsyArk due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is resent.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their destination country.
Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
GypsyArk does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and stock availability outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Sale, clearance and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or voluntary size exchanges.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund and Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, graphics, text and other content appearing on the GypsyArk website are owned by or licensed to GypsyArk unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit GypsyArk artwork, designs or other website content without our written permission.

You agree to use the GypsyArk website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.
